Refund policy

At The Onestar, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at (onestar13vega@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

*Bath salts, body butters, and personal care products (once opened)

*Candles (once burned)

Digital products

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear phot of that issue.
